Placing an order |
| |
|
As an example we show you how to place an order for 5000 copies of A4 Flyers printed on 250gsm stock paper with rounded corners. |

1. |
Choose a desired product from the the right-hand side menu.
In this case we select "Flyers" category. |

|

Choose required paper type, finishing, size... |
| |

and quantity |

Once you've selected quantity you will see a short product description.
Before you ADD it TO your CART you can check an ARTWORK and DOWNLOAD sections which are very helpful at designing stage. |

Make sure that your basket contains only products you want to buy. If it happens that you have been visiting our shop in the past, the site would remember the products you have chosen before.
You can eliminate them by ticking REMOVE box just by the product and pressing UPDATE button.
If you wish to purchase anything else choose CONTINUE SHOPPING. If you have all required products quantities in your basket simply click on CHECKOUT button. |

If you are a new customer, press CONTINUE to create an account. Alternatively SIGN-IN providing your E-Mail and password. |

On the next screen you can decide whether your product is Zero- or Standard- VAT rated.
Once VAT option is changed please press UPDATE button to amend order's Total.
If you're unsure whether your order qualify for VAT or not please read short clarification at the bottom of the page and make your choice.

Payment screen is for you to change Billing Address if necessary and select prefered payment method. |

We are pleased to accept major Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal payments, Cheques and Bank Money Transfers. |

On the same screen you'll be asked to Select the way you are suppying your artwork.
- On-line upload - you will upload your printfiles
- Send by e-mail - you will send files by email
- Post on CD - you will post us files written on CD
- You already have my artwork - we already have your artwork or you are ordering Artwork Design and we'll create it for you

Order Confirmation.
Please double check that all details priovided (billing and shipping addresses, required products and services, etc.) are correct and click CONFIRM ORDER button.

Soon after placing an order:
- you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and
- within an hour a member of our staff will authorize your order
|

If you selected On-line upload as an artwork delivery channel it is available right after order is placed or via My Account panel - select appropriate order and you'll find uploader at the bottom. |

Once Upload is finished or we have received your files in other way we will prepare a Digital Proof for your
approval or if find any errors in your design we'll give you an advise on amendments required.

12. |
Artwork Approval
When we check your artwork and find it's suitable for printing we'll prepare Digital Proof of it and put it on the website. We'll email you a link to the proof and ask to either Approve or Reject it.
We will proceed with your order on the following day we receive your APPROVAL to print.
